Abseiling is the technique climbers use to descend a rock face or mountain; using a technical piece of equipment called a descender the climber can slide down the rope using friction to control his descent.  As such it normally forms part of a climbing package but is available to do on its own.  Don’t worry, its more exciting than it sounds: If you want to try dangling on a rope hundreds of fee t above the crashing sea below or if you want to organise a charity abseil down the side of your building then get in touch and we can make it happen. 


Equipment
We provide all of your PPE (Personal Protection Equipment); all you need to bring is clothing for the elements and a massive grin!  Food and water can be provided on request.
