Paul has climbed, hiked, skied and surfed all over the world and has instructed and managed in the industry for the last four years, successfully running a large Adventure centre with an exemplary safety record he has helped inspire thousands with his love of extreme sports and the beauty and challenges of the outdoors.

Neil has a an unparalleled love of the outdoors and what it has to offer; his enthusiasm is as great now as it ever was, borne out by his never ending thirst for something new and exciting. Since leaving the Army Neil has worked as a freelance instructor and has managed an Adventure centre in the South West of England. As well as already coaching Kayaking, Coasteering, and Climbing Neil has recently become a powerkiting, kite buggying and kite boarding instructor as well as getting into Surfing!
